Nichole was very helpful throughout the entire process of obtaining my loan. Even after the process was complete she has still assisted me with any questions and concerns I may have to make this process much smoother than I expected.

She was pushy, a poor listener, and a poor communicator. She steamrolled me. Bad experience overall, wouldn't recommend.
