Both Melissa and Nicholas were great to work with and was very pleased with them both. They were profesional and answered questions in a timely manner. My only real complaint would be the amount of time it took to complete the process.

Any kind of communication and not lieing and changing guidlines I would not reccomend anyone work with Nicholas nothing about my result was as promised I was lied to and never contacted just changed things on his own

Better communication re: the subordination issues would have been appreciated. The bank was not responding to NAF. I would have communicated with them directly after the 2nd day without a response. These delays held our loan up by about 2 weeks....
