He explained everything more than once if necessary. He was patient and understanding.

Everything was great. Nicholas was excellent to work with.

Professionalism shown by each person I had the opportunity to deal with. Response time via phone, email was on point, collaboration with verifying info and always status of loan process.

Nicholas made the process very easy and his communication skills were great through the entire process.

Very helpful answering all my questions and concerns in a timely manner

The funds are immediately available for use from my USAA checking account, so we're now able to finally start updating our master bathroom tile & making some badly need car repairs.

Everyone I worked with was friendly and professional and worked to get my mortgage refinanced and some money from the equity in my home.
