Never heard from Nick directly. If your name is involved with a transaction, you should call and introduce yourself. Kelly and Josh went above and beyond. They were the glue!
I have to say Tracie Youngman, Benny Persichetti, Blair Fajkowski and Alma Medina made the whole process seamless and I couldn't have asked for anything better.
The process was very reactive and there were a few things they didn't know. I would advise better commmunication in regards to things to come in the future and pay more attention to details. I know that times are unpredictable but a bit more...

Things would have been better if the ending wasn’t so hectic but Nick came in and made us feel much better about things. If it wasn’t for him we would have backed out.
