Communication
There were issues with the paperwork, wrong terms and misspelling that had to be redone, all in all a good experience
We were able to close in 30 days which was great.

Loan was delayed over a month, docs missed at closing, interest rate wrong on disclosure, received little communication/updates during the delay, I had to do all of the asking, no info was pushed to me.
Better communication as I really never spoke to Nick except once in the beginning and only to Cynthia Roberts the loan processor and Greg Shanberg. Less delays in funding obstacles that forced buying points for a lower rate and then having...
