Email communication unclear, paperwork late, closing days late, processor emails/communication were a disaster, communication in general was terrible, rates flipped flopped, rate never locked in when it should have been, which hurt me in the...

My closing had to be pushed back a day because loan officer wasn't ready and repeatedly blamed others for her shortfall. I had to take 3 afternoons off of work instead of the 1 for closing due to the inadequacies of the team
