Communication!! Person to person dialog. Questions and answers addressed. No robotics, spam or telemarketing. REAL business practices.
Very good
Poor or no communication. Closing was late for no go reason, which did not benefit buyer and seller. The closing attorney was also receiving no or late response. Will not recommend.
Got a great rate and the process was relatively simple and straightforward! AFN also extended my locked in rate without any cost when my closing was delayed.
My experience all around was amazing, exciting, and very worth it!
