The loan officers were great, the loan processor was sometimes slow to answer. She asked for more documents almost until the last moment. There were some gaps that she waited to send asking more information.

Nathan Miller and Jourdan Herbst were very professional and attentive during the loan process. I did feel that some of the required information was delivered last minute causing unecessary costs in order to move forward.

Everyone was great! Process was completed efficiently, communication was constant, and the end goal (refinance) was achieved much quicker than anticipated - about 2 weeks in total.
