The communication was great, the rate was much lower than any other bank, even rocket mortgage. The only thing I would have to say is the pay off was a mess as the title company would not send the checks out for us so I had to deal with that...

Nathan was excellent, there were issues with the technology and documentation loading. Additionally, there were delays in the final days of closing that should not have happened. Later requests for documentation and delay in communicaiton.
