He's just a GREAT LENDER. Worked with him exclusively for years. Knows all the loan products and if he says he can do the loan, he can (unless the buyer is undisciplined with credit cards etc.)

Nathan kept us updated and answered any questions we had throughout the process. He was also prompt to make changes to our pre-approval when it was necessary.
