The information provided when I called prior to coming in answered all my questions. When I came in the Branch Manager was a pleasure to work with to open my 2st CIBM account a CD.

everything's went as expected and setting up account was great.
It was a pleasant experience and seemed welcoming as I moved here from Ohio...I can't say that about my experience with the bank I have been for years..
