Monique made my experience great with her excellent customer service! She was always very responsive, knowledgeable, and ready to answer my questions. She made the entire process feel smooth and easy, and I truly appreciate all her help!

Monique was so knowledgeable in her job. Really pleased with her work and communication. Excited for our new home. Could not have done it without her help.
