The process lasted only two weeks. All email s were answered extremely fast. Information was precise and truthful. Smooth process. Great loan officer and company.

Answering any and all questions

The overall experience was great especially that when I called the call was always answered by Mobin not a machine. I don't know of any of my family or friends who are looking to refinance, most of them have already done so. If I hear of anyone...

Communication with our loan officer directly was lacking during sometimes during the document gathering process but overall the staff was helpful and it was great to get the deal closed.

Fastest and easiest refinance we have ever done

Mobin was great, but underwriting could have been better.
