I actually responded to this question in a previous survey; I will defer to my response from that survey, as it had not changed.

New American Funding seems to care about their customers more than any other lender with whom I have worked. I truly believe that this is reflected through Mobin’s work ethic and how he took the time to connect with me to understand my refinance...

There is a reason why we refinance with NAF. It was basically turnkey. The paperwork was streamlined and whole process moved very quickly

Two checks for thousand of dollars to pay off loans were issued incorrectly twice to th we wrong pay to. We are now two weeks after closing and they haven’t been issued correctly. Now it costs me additional monies as this will go beyond payoff...
