Mark Minadeo is a Florida licensed mortgage broker and has been in the residential lending industry for over 10 years. He specializes in new construction transactions and originates conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Foreign National and 203K loans. Mark was born and raised in Solon, Ohio, a suburb outside of Cleveland. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Allegheny College before accepting a job with Ohio Savings Bank. After a year with the bank he relocated to Florida where he lives today with his lovely wife Kristyn and his two daughters, Audrey and Olivia. Licensed by the Delaware State Bank Commissioner to engage in business in Delaware. See where else I’m licensed
