The amount of paper work required by the underwriter I felt was excessive given our credit rating and net worth. The prepayment penalty, I did not agree with and did not know until very late in the process.

Bret was absolutely fantastic. Being a first time homebuyer I had a lot of very basic question and Bret was extremely patient and never made me feel silly for my questions. I would recommend anyone work with him for their home loan.
