Last minute changes were very stressful considering I was asking about the issue for two weeks prior to closing. Then the day of closing more funds were requested.
Overall the financing aspect of acquiring out new home was positive. Mark MInadeo was very responsive. The incentive to use FBC was to get discounts off the list price for options to our home through the builder. I thought the closing costs...

He specializes in new construction transactions and originates conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Foreign National and 203K loans. Mark was born and raised in Solon, Ohio, a suburb outside of Cleveland. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Allegheny College before accepting a job with Ohio Savings Bank. After a year with the bank he relocated to Florida where he lives today with his lovely wife Kristyn and his two daughters, Audrey and Olivia.
