Great, however Seller's Agent never hear back from Lender that the appraisal was sufficient and a "Clear to Close" was issued.

thank you for the feedback. We normally do not provide the sellers agent with appraisal updates for we like for the buyers agent to update the sellers agent accordingly. thank you
