I know it was bumpy but we don't control appraisers unfortunately. we did get to the finish line, and I am so happy you can breathe now and get settled in to owning an investment property!
Michelle was knowledgeable and helped explain many steps of the loan process to us! She helped us close on time and and was efficient and knowledgeable at closing as well. Thanks, Michelle!
