I noted earlier the system & UW process
Everything was exceptional! However, I do wish the loan setup process was quicker - we burned 24 hours during that time. If you all could improve that and turn time, I think you would have the best program out there!
The Appraisal Process was not good. Appraisal took at exorbitant amount of time and was much higher cost than current area. It also took extra time and was still late by 24 hours. We also were not able to get a review on conditions until after...

UW needs to comunicate better, and closing department is very slow..
The process is good until we get to the tail of the process. We had to miss two closings becuase we didnt have the file CTC and funding documents ready. Overall a great expreience, but the tail end is where it needs some improvements. Thanks,...
