Got stipped for the same thing after an initial LOE in the file 7 or 8 times. Nobody reading email completely. Got several half answers to email questions. The file did end up closing on time but this was a simple VA loan that got over complicated....

Michelle and the entire Kind Lending team were fantastic. The underwriter even picked up the phone to discuss solutions to an early problem in initial underwriting, and we were able to address it with our borrower and resolve it quickly!
RESPONSIVE, WHICH IS KEY FOR ME.
The process was smooth. I do wish that the Underwriter on my file was a little more communicative but we got the loan closed so I can't complain too much. I'll use Kind again for sure.
