I felt that at the beginning I was getting fast responses to my questions, but later after I had accepted to use Churchill Mortgage and I had questions on locking the rate at a low rate my emails were ignored.
Michelle was so helpful. She made the process so easy and answered every question we had. As first time home owners, we were a little nervous about this process and had no idea what to expect, but Michelle made it so smooth.
