Very responsive and knowledgeable.
While it was a new process, the questions we all had were communicated openly and quickly had answers back. My first experience buying a house in another state and it was definitely made more at peace with my team to get it done.
Michelle was great. She is knowledgeable and made sure everything worked as it should. She also made herself available whenever needed.
