Explaining the process of how I was able to be qualified for the loan. To break the steps in the most simplest language I understood. Most of all his bubble personality is Outstanding.

Any questions or concerns I had was answered. They made the process easy. Broke down the process and what to expect. Inform me of what I will need to get approve. Inform me of terms of the loan.
