took forever to get certain paperwork. Every time I think it's about done there was something else needed. It cost me some aggravation. It took a lon to even happen.

Explaining the process of how I was able to be qualified for the loan. To break the steps in the most simplest language I understood. Most of all his bubble personality is Outstanding.
