Michael Wissing was outstanding. He didn't pressure to refinance but offered options. He was always there to help me through the initial phase. Later when he was busy, his assistant Mason (?) would immediately call back to handle questions....

took forever to get certain paperwork. Every time I think it's about done there was something else needed. It cost me some aggravation. It took a lon to even happen.
