Michael was very attentive and kind. He was very easy to reach. The only thing he could do better is slow down a bit. He talks very fast.

Quick communication, fairly easy process. If you're from the South, there's a bit of a language difference. But overall, a good experience.

Communication was on point. Even with a few issues and some extra time it took to close the loan, the follow-up and communication was excellent.

Micheal was extremely responsive. He was patient and informative. He put up with my frustration at times over the 2 month process (I had to improve my credit rating).
