Easy, fast, convenient
Michael kept me on the books after we missed a low apr opportunity. And had my paperwork ready to go when rates shifted in my favor again
Prompt and clear service
Mike was great about everything. I got a low interest rate. The paper work was easy to understand. And if I did have a problem he was there to help me. It seemed so fast and simple. I had a GREAT experience.
From the beginning , Michael came up with a plan that no one else had thought. The refinance were delayed initially, but Michael keep pushing through to deliver in the end.
It would have been better if at the beginning and throughout the process you explained the process and what to expect, especially with people who have never refinanced before.
Online signing is great
Our loan was exactly what we were looking for and allowed us to find our forever home. Mike Ross was a big part of making that happen and we appreciate his professionalism and the hard work he put into making it happen.
