Michael was great to work with. He answered all of our emails extremely quickly and even answered all the silly questions we had that we should've known before we asked I would recommend Michael many times over he made this very stressful process...

The clone processor was unavailable for over a week and was not responding to emails. This made the loan close late, much later than I expected and was told initially. It was very frustrating to just not receive any response for over a week....
