Mike was absolutely great. Got us the loan that we really wanted and had a very smooth closing.
They held my hand throughout the entire process.
I have done multiple purchases and refi’s with Michael. Each time I was kept up to date with progress and treated respectively.
Michael was able to get our file pushed through even after underwriting came back with ridiculous last minute document requests. This is why we use professionals for our mortgages.
Relied too much on Michael’s underwriting staff and supporting staff were not as thorough as Michael. They also did not communicate well.
The clarity, patience and communications through out the whole process.
The process was easy. Michael answered all the questions we had in a timely manner. Uploading and signing the documents was easy
Michael and his entire worked hard through a holiday to prepare everything we needed to close shortly after the holiday. He got me a great rate on my loan and just did a great job all around.
