Michael and his team are fantastic at what they do and very easy to work with. They treated me like family and made sure I understood every aspect of the mortgage process.
Eventually we received approval for the loan but it was h*** to get there. I felt neglected by the team. Neglected through lack of communication and diligence to process the loan application.
