    Obviously the fact that the loan processor quit a week before the COE created some issues. However the rest of the team stepped up and got things done on time. Great teamwork!

    Michael is extremely knowledgeable and even in the midst of what is likely the busiest time he's ever experienced, he took the time to not only go over options with us personally, but even came back days later with a better option.
