    We were a little disappointed with some last minute missing documents. Also we were not able to get the amount of cash out that we thought we would when we started the process. In the end, we were able to close and get our loan funded.

    Thorough and diligent. Easy to file information. We did have one or two documents that failed to load but we were able to send alternatively. Staff kept us informed during the process.
