This was a tricky sale. Dorothy & Mike worked hard to make sure all of our numbers lined up for closing including down payment assistance. Our client is very happy and we had a great experience.

Mike is an extremely acceptional communicator and when my buyers had the opportunity to close early he made sure to make that happen on the lending side.
