Guided me through the process. Rates were a little higher than others , but Mike ans and tram team did a nice job. When refinancing ; I will be looking for better rates

The buyer you had set "clear to close" did not come to the table with enough funds to close. Forcing both realtors to take a huge hit on our commissions to make the deal close. Unacceptable.
