Mike was great; I've had major issues with the underwriting team. My funds have still yet to be disbursed and the mortgage that was supposed to be paid off has a bill coming due in a few days; I was told would be paid off by then - it's not....

The whole process from start to finish was incredibly easy and convenient. Everyone at Guild was very responsive to our questions and concerns.
Straight forward, easy documentation portal, servicing of the loan in house without impounds is perfect. Highly recommend by my financial advisor. Easiest loan process I have done. Thank you.
