Underwriting was oppressive with their requests for documentation. I know that I am not the normal client and that they are swamped with refi's but I feel the process was too hard. That said we do appreciate the low rate we received.

Unless I reached out to Mr. Campites for updates I never heard from him only that he emailed me the application. The process was supposed to take 3-4 weeks but took almost 3 months. There were other fees on the contract that I was not aware...
