Overall good communication. There were a couple of snags here and there, but Michael ensured that he made it right if there was a mistake.
Efficient, personable, informed—seamless and frictionless process, even for mortgage neophytes.
Being kept in the know was an immense help in the homebuying process. The "Tuesday check-ins" were very helpful, and these were made even more helpful since it was Mike who did the calling/reaching out. Overall a great experience!
