Best lending experience I've ever had. Everything ran smooth and quick and was ready to close on the date that was promised.
Melissa is amazing! She answers all your questions, is on top of everything. She strives to make your experience as stress-free as possible. I highly recommend Melissa.
All steps were clearly laid out with due dates. The follow up was excellent. The closing was smooth and no surprises! Also, because of the hurricane, everyone was flexible as dates moved around. Overall, I would recommend Melissa!
It was more difficult being from out of state and having to electronically sign paperwork on a slow internet connection.
I also, did not have cell signal at residence in MA.
Melissa and her team were very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable from start to finish. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again for future real estate transactions.
