Throughout the entire experience they were transparent on issue I may have faced and as well were willing to take my calls during the most random times. It felt like I was speaking with a friend and not a lender.

Kendra's communication was critical during our process as we were already halfway into a contract, and had been burned by another lender.
She did a great job keeping us in the loop and on schedule to keep things moving.
