The whole team did and outstanding job. My only issue was that one of the appraisals was not accurate. I provided documentation but the appraiser would not change it. I feel that this is one area that consumers have no recourse.
Awesome service and communication from Melinda and her team. Not nearly as much of a hassle as my last mortgage! I just wish my mortgage would stay with RMS instead of being sold. Thanks again for everything!!!!!
