I love how with every single question we had, Melanie was able to answer them. No Matter the time or day, she would respond right away or at least call back if she missed the call.

Being a first time home buyer, I was a little nervous at first but Mrs. Melanie helped me and explained every detail thoroughly and put me at ease. I feel she is very knowledgeable at what she does.
