Melanie was amazing, she communicated well through the entire process. Loan Docs were early to escrow and the loan closed on time. In fact I could focus on other projects because she made here part semaless with no issues.

I think there's an expectation that people know or understasnd the process (even if they have done it before) and forget that these things change over the years. So more explanation would be beneficial as would phone calls.
