Max was never available to speak and when contacting his direct manager it was worse! I was very unhappy about the experience and don't know if new Americans will be the company we use in the future. Over all I'm glad we got the loan done but...

I’m a returning customer because I had such a positive easy experience using Max as my loan officer.. He explained everything so I could understand the process and feel comfortable with it.. He would call to explain any changes to the loan...
