Happy we got there despite some serious challenges. Andrew and Darcy made it easy in the end.
Matthew Winkkle was very helpful and provided great advice. He sent the application by email and the entire process was quick and easy and worked out exactly as he described.

The company we broker to wasn't as forthcoming with information as everyone would have wanted, but we got there. Amy was great to work with throughout the process.
Matthew has always had our best interests at hear. He stays in touch with us on a regular basis.

Gustavo made it easy. No joke, one of the easiest loans I've done this year because Gustavo brought his A-Game to financing. He made it easy, I just followed his lead. ;)

It really was very good to great , but nerve raking when doing everything electronically, and long distance for first time using a lending broker, vs a local banker.
