Matt was attentive to my needs and concerns. He was efficient and helped me buy a home when we had to move quickly.
Matt, Aroura and Kari made it happen! Had a very complicated loan and although there were some bumpy times (on behalf of the closing department) they worked hard to get me to the end. Thank you!
Great about answering questions we had. Easy to work with. COVID-19 made things a little tricky but we were always able to find a resolution together.
This was the second time I have worked with Matt to buy a home as he is all around great to work with. He kept us posted throughout all the steps and made the purchase as smooth as it could be.
It wasn't Matt. He is great. But the process was very difficult because of COVID and therefore I was very stressed out though out it. I know that wasn't Matt's fault. The underwriter was awful.
