The gift of a book about moving was a really sweet touch! I wish we had been invited to take the FannieMae educational course earlier on in the process, though!
The team was hard to get ahold of at times. Matt was great, but when he was on vacation, it was very difficult to get ahold of a team member that understood our case and situation. The extra audit was not great given the time sensitive move...
