No communication. I sent many emails and phone calls that never got returned. I closed thursday today is tuesday im still waiting on my money. I was told I was going to be able to close after the appraisal. That was a lie. It took 2 more weeks...

we were burned before and when I started the process with Matthew he was very underestanding of that he was very detailed it made this process great.

Everything was facilitated by Matthew and all I really had to do was select my new rate. Application was essentially done. Notary took all of 5 minutes. Will look to consider refi should rates continue to plummet. Thank you Matthew.
