Matt has always put what is best for us ahead of everything else. He takes the time to explain the numbers and is willing to do it as many times as necessary to make me feel comfortable.
Clear and frequent communication.
Matt stayed in contact from start to finish, I was able to text, email or call anytime, he would meet my wife and I at his office when it was convenient for us, Matt was great!

Matt Brumfield became a licensed loan officer in 2006 after working as a Mortgage Loan Processor since 2002. In 2013 he became the Branch Manager of our Ramona, CA office. Matt has extensive knowledge on all loan types and brings a wealth of knowledge and fresh/youthful perspective to the lending experience while still having 11 year plus experience in the industry. He is a second generation Loan Officer succeeding his father in the business. Matt lives in Ramona, CA with his wife Donna, their 1 year old son and golden lab.
