Offered great advice for first-time home buyers. Answered all our questions thoroughly. Constantly followed up with any changes (federal fund rate cut, current interest rates, etc).
Matt is a superior loan officer. He has great communication skills, a resource of knowledge, and excellent interpersonal skills. This is the second time I have worked with him and will use him again in the future.
Matthew and Ashley are a great team. They helped us with our loan that became very frustrating due to the title company but they were on top of it and worked diligently to see we got funded.

Matt Brumfield became a licensed loan officer in 2006 after working as a Mortgage Loan Processor since 2002. In 2013 he became the Branch Manager of our Ramona, CA office. Matt has extensive knowledge on all loan types and brings a wealth of knowledge and fresh/youthful perspective to the lending experience while still having 11 year plus experience in the industry. He is a second generation Loan Officer succeeding his father in the business. Matt lives in Ramona, CA with his wife Donna, their 1 year old son and golden lab.
